Boston Uprising and Gillette Announce Official Partnership

The Boston Uprising have announced a partnership with Gillette to make the world-class razor brand the team’s official shaving product supplier. The deal will feature Gillette branding on Boston Uprising practice jerseys and throughout the team’s practice facility. A number of digital and social content initiatives are also included in the agreement.

Originally pegged as Overwatch League underdogs, the Boston Uprising have captured the attention and respect of the esports community through cutting-edge performances in the face of pressure. The Uprising remain committed to strengthening the connection between the team, its passionate fans and the city of Boston.

They have been a proud partner of Kraft Sports & Entertainment for nearly two decades and we felt strongly about the opportunity to bring such a distinguished brand to the forefront of esports.”

This partnership marks the latest addition to a long-standing relationship between Kraft Sports & Entertainment and Gillette. In 2002, the company secured the naming rights to Gillette Stadium, the current home of the New England Patriots and New England Revolution. Over the seasons, Gillette has helped fans get up close and personal with the Patriots and Revolution through surprise and delight giveaways at retail locations and throughout the stadium.

Following formidable performances throughout the first two stages, the Uprising remain in pursuit of an Overwatch League postseason spot.
