Gaming Origins

NiKo’s parents introduced him to the world of gaming. They owned an internet café which served as the location where NiKo spent a considerable amount of time gaming.

In 2011, he started playing Counter-Strike 1.6 and soon drew attention from local gaming teams due to his excellent marksman skills. He went on to play for minor teams, such as eu4ia, neWave, maksnet, and DEFUSE.maksnet. After showing his passion for the aforementioned teams as a youngster, his gaming career was kick-started by FullProof, followed by iNation, a regional roster.

Following these initial steps, he primarily focused on reaching gaming greatness with his regional roster. As a result, he turned down the chance to join Mousesports at the age of 18. The gamer hid this contract offer from his parents as he knew they’d ask him to accept it.

Nevertheless, his dreams of attaining success with a regional roster remained incomplete. So, he accepted Mousesports’ second offer in March 2015 and debuted in ESL One Cologne.

His first year with them proved experimental, not successful. Regardless, he had an unmatched reputation for being the best Desert Eagle user of this period.

Later in 2017, he joined FaZe and bagged his first major victories, rising to true popularity.

Professional Career

NiKo is a gifted gamer who started his professional gaming career with iNation in 2012. Although he was a part of the FullProof roster in 2011, it was more of a regional gaming organization. Later in 2015, he decided to play for Mousesports.

Also, qualifying for around 143 tournaments has allowed him to amass $955,000 in prize money.

He is also referred to as G2 NiKo, due to a transfer to G2 Esports in 2020. In simpler terms, he is a skilled CS: GO marksman and secondary AWPer. Additionally, he is a Twitch streamer.
