The Golden Guardians (GGS), an esports affiliate of the Golden State Warriors, today announced a partnership with Plantronics (NYSE: PLT), an audio pioneer and unified communications technology leader. Through the partnership, Plantronics’ RIG 500 PRO Series is now the official gaming headset of the Golden Guardians.
Also as part of the partnership, all members of the Golden Guardians roster will become official RIG ambassadors, wearing custom Golden Guardians branded RIG 500 PRO Series headsets during all streams. In addition, the Plantronics’ RIG logo will be featured on the collar of all GGS jerseys. Plantronics will also partner with the Golden Guardians to create digital content featuring the team and its players throughout the 2019 League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) Spring and Summer Splits.
