DreamHack is going mobile, launching the DreamHack Mobile Series. A mobile esports tournament series in the games Clash Royale and Brawl Stars, with a collective prize pool of $20,000 per event. The DreamHack Mobile Series will premiere at DreamHack Dallas, May 31 – June 2, 2019, at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, TX, USA.
DreamHack, the premier gaming and digital lifestyle festival, as well as creators of esports tournament properties DreamHack Masters, DreamHack Open, DreamHack Fighting Game Championships, DreamHack Pro Circuit, DreamLeague, and more, is venturing into mobile esports with the creation of the DreamHack Mobile Series – a two-game tournament with a collective prize pool of $20,000 per event.

Both DreamHack Mobile Series titles, Clash Royale and Brawl Stars, have seen huge success since their respective launch, with millions of downloads and a fan base that’s ever growing.

This fast-paced 3v3 game has had a great reception since the first beta launch in 2017, growing into one of the most downloaded team-based multiplayer mobile games, making it a perfect fit for esports.
The DreamHack Mobile Series Brawl Stars tournament will consist of eight teams, with three players per team. Half of these teams will make it to the tournament by online qualifiers, with the other half qualifying on site. The main tournament is played using a single elimination bracket.
The prize pool for Brawl Stars is set to $15,000 per event, the distribution of the prize pool will be revealed at a later date.
Clash Royale is a real-time multiplayer game starring the Royales, your favourite Clash characters and much, much more. Always among the most popular games on App Store and Google Play, as well as a favorite of editors all over, this game is sure to create a buzz.
